Position Overview
The Culinary Team Member plays a vital role in our kitchen, responsible for preparation, organization, and delivering exceptional service in all aspects of food production for menu offerings and specials, adhering to departmental quality standards, recipes, and presentation guidelines, while embodying the culture of One White Street.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food service and storage areas.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of proper equipment maintenance and usage; utilize tools and equipment safely and as intended.
- Prepare workstation with necessary mise en place, tools, equipment, and supplies in accordance with standards.
- Review production schedules and prioritize tasks for the day.
- Prepare all menu items following established recipes and yield guides, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with Front of House staff to manage course timing and address guest feedback.
- Enhance skills and knowledge through participation in training sessions.
- Support and assist fellow team members to foster a collaborative environment.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and brand standards consistently.
- Comply with Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Culinary Team Member in a restaurant setting.
- Food Handler's permit (to be obtained within 30 days of hiring).
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift items weighing up to 50+ pounds.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule based on business needs.
