About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Project Coordinator to join our team at Apexon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support with meeting scheduling, workplan development, material development, and logistics planning for CX summit, data visualization and action planning
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team, including preparing meeting materials and presentations
  • Assist with data analysis and reporting
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with project management tools and software
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management certification
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Customer engagement experience
