Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our employees, management, and leadership teams in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment and Hiring: Assist in the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  2. Employee Relations: Provide support to employees and management on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee communications.
  3. Benefits Administration: Administer and maintain employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits programs.
  4. HRIS Management: Manage and maintain our HR information system, including data entry, reporting, and analytics.
  5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, employment laws, and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of direct experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
