We are seeking a seasoned Director of Human Resources to lead our Human Resources and Organization Development/Service Excellence departments within a hospital/healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with EEOC laws, federal and state employment laws, and immigration requirements.
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational development initiatives.
- Manage HR budgets and develop financial plans to support business objectives.
- Provide expert labor relations advice and guidance to management and employees.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of healthcare human resources management experience, with 5+ years at the director level.
- Professional certifications in HR or related field preferred.
