Position Overview:

As a key member of our Financial Services Advisory team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards within the financial sector. Our practice combines extensive industry knowledge with innovative solutions to assist a diverse range of clients, from major global banks to emerging Fintech firms.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Assess financial institution clients for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Assist the team in managing daily client engagements.
  • Engage with senior management at client organizations.
  • Draft comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommendations.
  • Participate in client meetings and deliver executive presentations.
  • Collaborate both independently and as part of a team to execute client projects.
  • Foster strong client relationships through effective support and expertise.
  • Oversee engagement fundamentals such as realization, utilization, leverage, accounts receivable, and expenses.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior staff members.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities; capable of effective interaction.
  • Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance within financial institutions.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Willingness to travel regionally to serve clients, with overnight travel expected to be around 35%.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal banking regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, Fair Lending, and other related regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Credentials:
  • Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM).
  • Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
  • Certified AML and Fraud Professional (CAFP).
