Job Title: Business Development and Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Account Manager to join our team at Integrity Technical Services, Inc. in Akron, OH.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, account management, and sales, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth
  • Utilize social media and other online platforms to establish a strong company presence and generate business opportunities
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales
  • Strong business education and knowledge, including a BS, BA, or MBA degree or significant professional experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
