Job Summary:

DAI is seeking an IT Procurement and Finance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT procurements, contracts, and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT procurements, including ticket management, vendor communication, and contract negotiation.
  • Monitor and reconcile IT finance and procurement team inboxes, ensuring timely responses and issue escalation.
  • Manage corporate IT procurement card accounts, including reconciliation and reporting.
  • Manage DAI's Amazon Business Account, including reconciliation and reporting.
  • Support the transition of IT procurement card purchases to DAI's accounting and management system.
  • Assist in creating, requesting, and preparing allocation reports for software costs.
  • Respond to allocation-related inquiries.
  • Create, update, and maintain corporate IT hardware and service requisitions.
  • Update and maintain the IT Contracts management database.
  • Function as a liaison between IT and vendors for software, hardware, services, and renewals.
  • Work with the Help Desk to ensure inventory is adequate and maintained.
  • Recommend ways to improve IT procurement processes and support the implementation of process improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Grade 4: More than 2 years of relevant professional experience and a college degree.
  • Grade 5: Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience and a college degree.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Information Technology.
  • Demonstrated understanding of procurement processes, particularly IT procurement.
  • Professional proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Highly proficient in Excel with the ability to utilize moderately complex formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-directed with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks/competing deadlines simultaneously.
  • Able to work as part of a decentralized team with minimal oversight.
  • Able to handle confidential and/or sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with staff at all levels of the organization and external clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Able and willing to adjust work schedule, if needed, to support teams located in different time zones/countries.
  • Familiarity with the importance of diversity and inclusion.
Working Hours and Compensation:

DAI offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The full-time equivalent annual base salary for this position is expected to be between $71,667 - $96,962. Salary for part-time employees will be prorated based on actual hours worked.
