Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement infection control protocols.
  • Collaborate with staff to improve quality of care.
  • Conduct training sessions on best practices.

Requirements:
  • A current Maryland RN license.
  • Prior work/life experiences, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Prior experience in staff development in long term care desirable.
  • Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a long-term care center.
