Hospital Partnerships Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Customer Success Manager to join our team at Hazel Health. As a key member of our hospital partnerships development team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful adoption and ongoing usage of Hazel services within hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong relationships with hospital partners, their healthcare needs, and communities.
  • Regularly meet with hospital health and leadership teams to drive engagement and satisfaction.
  • Attend and facilitate strategic district-wide, hospital-specific, and community events.
  • Identify and proactively resolve complex customer issues.
  • Provide regular internal reporting on account health, including usage metrics and satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

  • Prior customer success experience, preferably in the K-12 education field or healthcare.
  • Experience working with children in diverse socio-economic environments.
  • Ability to travel for ~80% of the time.
  • Must currently reside in Maryland or Virginia.
