Job Summary:

The HRIS Applications Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the Human Capital Management (HCM) /Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to maximize availability and performance. This role will provide technical direction/assistance for assigned applications, including UKG Pro, UKG WFM (Dimensions), and UKG Business Intelligence (People Analytics).

Key Responsibilities:
- Define technical solutions ensuring considerations for system stability, performance, and ongoing maintainability.
- Maintain an end-to-end understanding of functional aspects of applications and associated business processes.
- Provide technical direction/assistance for assigned applications.
- Monitor incoming service requests and incidents for assigned application(s).

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, and/or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience supporting HRIS applications.
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle and SQL databases.
- 2+ years of experience in application development or a programming language.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, UKG Business Intelligence (People Analytics).
- ITIL Foundations certified.
- Working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Technologies (Microsoft Certifications).
