Human Resources Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR and recruitment functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the HR and Recruitment department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
  • Either one year of experience in HR and/or Recruiting, OR a Bachelors Degree in HR in lieu of experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
