Role Overview

We invite you to consider a position as a Field Sales Account Manager with Xplor, where you can make a significant impact daily. Each interaction we have, every line of code we develop, and every interface we create presents an opportunity to enhance our customers' experiences.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivating and sustaining relationships with small to medium-sized business proprietors
  • Collaborating closely with Xplor colleagues in Customer Support, Underwriting, IT, Sales Assistance, and other divisions to onboard new clients
  • Managing your sales pipeline and daily tasks/appointments through Salesforce
  • Crafting presentations and proposals utilizing Xplor's electronic applications
  • Educating merchants and business owners about the payment processing sector
  • Maintaining consistent communication with your sales leadership
  • Closing sales of our payment processing solutions to achieve expected minimum targets
  • Compensation will be commission-based

  • A minimum of 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) field sales experience (preferred)

  • A hunter mentality, professional demeanor, impeccable integrity, and a high sense of urgency
  • Capability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
