Conference Catering Business Development Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales goals.
- Operations: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of hotel services and amenities.
- Reporting and Compliance: Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in hotel or conference catering/sales.
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to negotiate and achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
