Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
  2. Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales goals.
  3. Operations: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of hotel services and amenities.
  4. Reporting and Compliance: Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in hotel or conference catering/sales.
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to negotiate and achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
