About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Technical Program Management to lead our technical program management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering large-scale technical programs that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical program management teams to deliver complex technical programs on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize technical program requirements and develop project plans.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, and ensure financial transparency and accountability.
  • Lead the development of technical program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management, with a strong background in software development and delivery.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale technical programs on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate technical risks.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, and ability to adapt to changing program requirements.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and prioritize business objectives.
