Job Title: Trainer/Technical Scribe

We are seeking a skilled Trainer/Technical Scribe to play a crucial role in our rapid growth and success. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of our product training, develop clear and concise content, and provide solutions for process improvements in training documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality training and end-user education to our customers
  • Assist with creating, developing, and executing the training plan
  • Collaborate with the training and project team to deliver complex technical software development and implementation projects
  • Develop training documentation templates and produce concise, understandable content
  • Prepare clear, concise, and accurate meeting minutes promptly after each meeting
Requirements:
  • Five (5) or more years of demonstrated experience in training creation and delivery
  • At least three (3) of those five (5) years must be training delivery of Train-the-Trainer
  • Three (3) or more years of demonstrated experience in training delivery of MMIS systems or components, preferably Provider Management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders
Desired Skills:
  • Training experience with State government agencies
  • Critical Skills include: Presentation, Technical Writing/Editing, Content Creation, Customer Relationship Management, Consulting, Detail-oriented, Self-starter, Highly Motivate, Multi-tasking, Problem Solving Skills, Working Independently
