Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer- Hybrid to join our team at DivIHN Integration Inc. As a Technical Trainer- Hybrid, you will be responsible for delivering technical, product knowledge- and skill-based instruction to Technicians and Shop Foremen to achieve learning and culture change in the Audi retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical training programs to Audi dealerships to enhance the skills of Technicians and Shop Foremen.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including course outlines, presentations, and assessments.
- Collaborate with the Sales/After Sales Account Team to design and develop curricula that meet the needs of Audi dealerships.
- Partner with Regional team members and Academy team members to assess training needs and provide feedback on curricula.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and automotive products by attending auto shows and reading trade publications.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of technical automotive experience.
- Prior facilitation experience at a technical college or vocational program.
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and process improvement principles.
- Excellent presentation and listening skills.
- Dealership process diagnosis abilities.
- Personal computer skills in major MS Office applications and the internet.
Work Environment:
The Technical Trainer- Hybrid will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The role requires up to 25% travel for train-the-trainer workshops and international product training.
