Service Desk Ambassador

**Job Description:**
This role involves engaging with customers, scheduling appointments, and selling products that enhance their vehicle's performance. You will work closely with the management team to implement safety procedures, maintain a safe working environment, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
**Responsibilities:**
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
- Engage with customers, build trust, and understand their needs
- Schedule appointments, communicate processes and timelines, and sell products that meet customer expectations
- Work closely with the management team to implement safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
- Assist with various aspects of customer care, work order and register assistance, facility maintenance, and Outside Purchase ordering
- Follow all policies and procedures related to cash, credit, check, refund, and return policies
**Skills and Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Driver's License
- One year of related experience in the automotive service environment preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Competitive salary range: $16.00 - $18.60 per hour based on experience + commission
