At the Community Action Committee of CC&I, we are seeking a skilled Program Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our Client Self-Sufficiency Dept.

This individual will be responsible for assisting customers in applying for SNAP benefits and supporting special projects, including intake and data entry.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree
  • Two years of experience working in customer service or a client-driven field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Haitian Creole, Brazilian Portuguese, and/or Spanish
  • Two years of experience with implementing complex policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Organizational skills for a multi-tasking position
