About the Role: The Parish Administrator plays a vital part in the daily operations of our office, ensuring seamless communication and administrative tasks are completed efficiently. Located in San Diego, CA, this position offers a chance to work in a dynamic, faith-based environment while honing your office skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist staff and members by providing administrative support, including phone and email correspondence.
  • Manage the scheduling of masses and events on Streamspot, ensure timely submissions, and coordinate hospitality for office visitors.
  • Process sacramental entries, record baptisms, and produce certificates as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, perform clerical duties, and assist with special projects as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year of experience in an administrative or office setting preferred.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the Roman Catholic Faith and be active in the church community.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary Range: $20-$25 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
