Parish Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist staff and members by providing administrative support, including phone and email correspondence.
- Manage the scheduling of masses and events on Streamspot, ensure timely submissions, and coordinate hospitality for office visitors.
- Process sacramental entries, record baptisms, and produce certificates as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, perform clerical duties, and assist with special projects as assigned.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of experience in an administrative or office setting preferred.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the Roman Catholic Faith and be active in the church community.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary Range: $20-$25 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
