Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:
Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide top-notch customer service and technical support to our clients. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing training and guidance to end-users, and ensuring seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Apple certification(s) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies, including VMWare tools.
  • Experience with ticketing and traffic reporting tools, such as Zendesk or ServiceNow.
