About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at KiZAN Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate leads for new business opportunities through cold calling, email, social media, and networking.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in line with KiZAN's services portfolio offerings and delivering KiZAN's value proposition to potential customers and partner channel.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for Microsoft technology.
  • Negotiate, close contracts and agreements with business decision makers and influencers.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by providing excellent service and support, cross-selling and upselling, and renewing contracts.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, such as technical, delivery, and finance, to ensure comprehensive success and satisfaction for clients.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft product advancements, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and objectives.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of proven sales experience in the IT industry, preferably in Microsoft cloud, data, or security solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and services, such as Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, etc.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally to other locations.
Preferred Skills and Abilities
  • Certification or training in Microsoft products and services, such as Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, etc.
  • Experience in selling to different business verticals, such as education, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, etc.
  • Experience in working with partners, such as Microsoft, ISVs, or other vendors.
  • Experience in solution selling, consultative selling, or value-based selling.
  • Creative and innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
