Job Summary

As a Senior Customer Service Representative at Sonoco, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. Reporting to the Account Manager/Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Account Manager in managing customer relationships and resolving issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue
  • Provide coaching and training to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for business growth and improvement
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills and experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
