Job Overview

Exciting Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our retail operations, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales performance.

Location: This position requires onsite presence with flexibility to work various days of the week.

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $70,000, plus performance-based bonuses up to 20%.

Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and a 401(k) plan with company matching.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of management experience in retail or hospitality, with a focus on luxury service.
  • Proven ability to develop and motivate team members at all levels.
  • Strong history of driving sales in a multi-brand retail environment.
  • Experience in business development activities such as events and networking.
  • Expertise in Fine Jewelry and Vintage Luxury products.
  • Ability to understand and cater to a diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience:

  • Educational background in retail or hospitality is advantageous.

Role Purpose: The Retail Operations Leader is responsible for achieving sales targets by managing team performance, enhancing customer experiences, and overseeing operations in a multi-brand retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development
  • Set clear goals for guest satisfaction and sales achievements.
  • Ensure the sales team is well-trained in product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Conduct regular talent assessments and create development plans for team members.
  • Address team concerns fairly to foster a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with corporate offices on talent management and performance evaluations.
Sales Management & Store Operations
  • Promote brand values and inspire enthusiasm among the team.
  • Work with management to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Utilize guest data to enhance experiences and maximize revenue.
  • Analyze sales performance and implement necessary changes for improvement.
Customer Experience & Relationship Management
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with brand values.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor to ensure exceptional service.
  • Build collaborative relationships with management to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Use customer feedback to recognize achievements and develop improvement strategies.
  • Organize team schedules to meet operational needs.
Event Management & Marketing
  • Enhance guest experiences through effective marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with management to create a comprehensive business plan.
  • Lead the execution of marketing initiatives to achieve growth objectives.
  • Ensure a well-organized store and inventory management.
Operational Standards
  • Oversee compliance with operational standards and administrative tasks.
  • Keep the sales team informed about corporate policies and procedures.
  • Report any incidents promptly to maintain a safe work environment.
