Pharmacy Technician Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to support our team at CVS Health.

This role involves working closely with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to ensure the team can promptly, safely, and accurately fill patient prescriptions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a focus on quality and safety.
  • Complete an extensive training program as well as satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to State Board of Pharmacy guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting is preferred.
  • PTCB National Certification is preferred.
