About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Store Associate to join our team at CVS Health. This role involves working in a fast-paced retail environment, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential issues
  • Focusing on the customer by giving a warm and friendly greeting, maintaining eye contact, and offering help locating additional items
  • Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks as directed by the store manager
  • Supporting opening and closing store activities, including assisting pharmacy personnel when needed
  • Assisting customer support to all departments, ensuring departments are fully stocked and operational while remaining current with all updated services and tools
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 16 years of age
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting a plus
Compensation and Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is: $15.69 - $22.00 per hour.
