Key Responsibilities
  • Invoice Review and Approval: Review all invoices for proper documentation and approval prior to payment.
  • Cash Flow Management: Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms.
  • Vendor Communication: Process check requests, respond to vendor inquiries, and maintain 1099 records.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.
  • End-of-Month Closing: Assist with the end-of-month closing process.
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, adhering to company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of previous hotel-related experience or a related field.
  • Qualifications: Prior hospitality experience preferred, with a strong background in financial operations.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
