Position Overview
Crown is seeking Training Specialists to oversee the design, delivery, and execution of training programs. Collaborating closely with technical personnel and subject matter experts, the Training Specialists will develop a variety of training materials, including guides, presentations, workbooks, and certification assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulating the Training Development Plan
- Conducting task and skills assessments for personnel training
- Designing training plans aligned with schedules and resources
- Evaluating off-the-shelf training materials
- Managing training software development
- Ensuring adherence to contractual obligations
- Monitoring and assessing training activities for effectiveness
- Supervising and evaluating training instructors
- Researching and drafting professional documents, reports, and training materials
- Conducting various analyses and compiling technical information
- Creating presentations of technical content
- Effectively communicating complex technical information
- Experience in training development, web-based course creation, or instructor-led training is required
- Level 3 Specialist: Associate's degree with 10-14 years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 1-4 years of experience
- Level 4 Specialist: Associate's degree with 15-19 years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 5-9 years of experience
- Level 5 Specialist: Associate's degree with 20 years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 10-14 years of experience
- Preference for experience in Articulate Story and technical writing
