About the Role
Agilent's Service and Support Sales team is committed to excellence in service and innovation in the lab services industry. We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Service Sales Representative to join our highly successful sales organization selling our aftermarket service portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and follow-up.
- Utilize Agilent's eCommerce services sales platform.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Work closely with the internal team to develop strategies and meet sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or equivalent in science and/or business field highly preferred; may consider applicants with an equivalent combination of education, training, and validated experience.
- 1+ year(s) experience as a sales representative or related role.
- 1+ year(s) of selling Agilent services preferred.
- Ability to translate the value proposition of service as a financial and operational benefit to meet customer needs.
- Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- High-level knowledge of instrument support services business.
- Available for up to 10% business travel.
What We Offer:
The US pay range for this full-time position is $ - $, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum new hire pay for the position across the relevant US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
