Groundskeeper

We are seeking a skilled Groundskeeper to join our team at Willow Bridge Property Company. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of our apartment community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and maintain the property, management office, and landscaping to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs, cleaning air conditioning vents, and installing appliances.
• Assist with apartment make-readies, including trash removal, caulking, and checking appliances.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident requests in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in groundskeeping, caretaking, or janitorial work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
