Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to the construction services group in Northern Florida, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with clients, including state and local government agencies.
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of construction professionals to deliver high-quality services.
  • Support the development of technical and cost proposals for new business opportunities.
  • Lead continuous staff improvement and training initiatives to ensure the team remains up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Requirements
  • Civil Engineering degree or degree in a related field.
  • Professional Engineer in Florida, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • 12 years' experience in construction management of civil highway and bridge projects.
  • Strong client relationships and prior success in leading a growing organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and present proposals to clients.
  • Working knowledge of FDOT construction and administrative procedures and programs.
