Job Summary

Gourmet Foods International is seeking a skilled CDL Class B Regional Driver to join our team. As a Regional Driver, you will be responsible for delivering customer orders in a safe and timely manner, while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Perform pre-trip safety checks and ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations
  • Drive to and deliver customer orders, following all company procedures and protocols
  • Maintain load temperatures according to specifications
  • Unload products from the trailer and place them in designated customer storage areas
  • Verify delivery of items with customers and obtain signatures
  • Manage backhauls according to dispatch, jurisdictional compliance, and load optimization
  • Perform post-trip responsibilities, including unloading damaged goods and completing necessary paperwork
Requirements
  • Valid Class B CDL
  • Minimum age of 21
Physical Demands

The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 75 lbs, and ascend/descend a step with a height of 17 in. from floor and ascend/descend 3 rungs of the ladder.
