Your Role:
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that every interaction with our team members is positive and memorable. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalized attention to customers, helping them find what they need and answering questions about our products.
- Ensuring a seamless checkout experience, handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Facilitating enrollments in our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, promoting the benefits of these programs to customers.
- Educating customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, encouraging participation and feedback.
- Supporting Omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Participating in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Completing merchandise recovery and maintenance tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient inventory management process.
- Performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned, optimizing product placement and visual merchandising.
- Supporting shrink and safety programs, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
