About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing CT scans and other diagnostic imaging procedures, working closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners and other imaging equipment to capture high-quality images of patients' internal structures.
  • Position patients correctly and ensure their comfort and safety during imaging procedures.
  • Analyze images to detect any abnormalities or issues and report findings to radiologists.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist in a hospital setting.
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive:
