Job Summary:

The University of Tennessee Medical Center is seeking a skilled Nurse Care Manager to join our team in Tennessee. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and services.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive plans of care that prioritize patient-centered outcomes.
  • In collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, you will evaluate patient responses to disease processes, interventions, and outcomes of care services.
  • Your expertise in evidence-based research will inform professional nursing practices and promote high-quality patient care.
  • You will establish positive relationships with patients, families, colleagues, and the community to meet customer service goals.
  • In addition to your clinical expertise, you will contribute to unit-based quality initiatives, ensuring the efficient allocation and use of resources.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN) with 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Tennessee.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
