Job Title: CHD Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Carriage House Door Company. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, and collaborating with our sales and operations teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and installation
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, builders, and retailers
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide informed support

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the building products or construction industry
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in order entry software, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD (a plus)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
