Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Generate sales leads and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
- Assess customer needs and provide solutions to achieve satisfaction
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers and internal teams
- Meet sales targets and call handling quotas

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
