  • Manage technician workflow, assigning repair orders and ensuring seamless communication with customers.
  • Provide detailed write-ups of customer concerns, incorporating required work and providing timely estimates for approval.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of service knowledge, staying up-to-date on product recalls, service bulletins, and warranty/service contract guidelines.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and manufacturers, fostering loyalty and referrals.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner, always looking for ways to improve our service.
  • Obtain warranty or service contract approvals in a timely manner, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and environmentally friendly service operation, adhering to company standards.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, keeping them informed of repair status and completion.
Qualifications & Expectations:
  • Promote teamwork and support other team members, departments, and locations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Support sales teams in executing successful Boat Shows, Store, and Off-site sales/customer events.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction, both internal and external, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Develop effective customer communication skills, ensuring timely and clear updates.
  • Improve technician efficiency and productivity, ensuring timely completion of repairs.
  • Enhance service response and turnaround times, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Contribute to service RO revenues and profitability, driving business growth.
