Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Neuro PCU team at HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinating all functions in the unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes
  • Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement
  • Assist with staff scheduling
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing is required
  • BSN preferred
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date)
  • 1 year of experience in an acute care setting preferred
  • Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
  • ACLS Certification (American Heart Association) required within 6 months of hire
