About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Care Representative to join our team at Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center in Waukesha. As a key member of our Client Care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients in a friendly and helpful manner, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
  • Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Educate and advise clients regarding our services and practices, providing clear and concise information to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring the highest quality of care and satisfaction for our clients.
  • Process admissions and discharges accurately, scheduling follow-up appointments as necessary.
  • Process invoices and payments accurately, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Update and maintain client/pet records and files in accordance with hospital legal requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed, such as scanning, faxing, and emailing.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. You should have a fundamental knowledge of Windows-based computer programs and be able to multitask and prioritize effectively.

You will be responsible for recognizing and seeking guidance in all client-related cases where protocol does not apply, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
