Key Responsibilities
• Implement and oversee safety programs to promote a culture of safety across the organization.
• Provide expert safety management support to production and maintenance teams.
• Deliver safety training and resources to enhance safety performance.
• Monitor and communicate safety performance metrics regularly.
• Conduct thorough reviews of all recordable incidents and facilitate root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Promote awareness of safety initiatives through effective communication strategies.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies weighing up to 33 pounds.
• Proficient in operating and inspecting manufacturing equipment.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and working in various environmental conditions.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a safety-related role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management practices.
• Strong analytical skills for conducting root cause analysis and developing corrective actions.
