Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the delivery of resident care, ensuring that it meets HRA's high standards.
- Lead a team of nursing staff, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as medication management and resident services, to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Conduct regular safety and infection control checks to ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance resident care.
- Current nursing (RN) licensure issued by the appropriate state licensing agency.
- Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience in managing nursing staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on resident-centered care.
