We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to fulfill the following responsibilities:
  • Apply your understanding of policies, procedures, and practices relevant to the operations of the healthcare facility.
  • Oversee staffing models and manage staffing assignments effectively.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
  • Utilize strong communication and collaboration skills to provide constructive feedback and resolve conflicts.

Educational Requirements:

Minimum - Associate degree in nursing
Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in nursing

Experience Requirements:

Minimum - Three (3) years of acute clinical nursing experience.
Preferred - Previous leadership experience in roles such as Care Team Leader, Nurse Supervisor, or Nurse Manager, with both adult and pediatric experience.

Licensure and Certifications:

Minimum - Licensed RN in the State of Wisconsin and CPR certification.
Preferred - ACLS, PALS certifications.
