Qualifications:

Education:

Minimum - Associate degree in nursing.

Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Work Experience:

Minimum - Three (3) years of acute clinical nursing experience.

Preferred - Previous experience in a formal leadership capacity (such as Care Team Leader, Nurse Supervisor, or Nurse Manager) with adult and pediatric experience.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum - Licensed RN in the State of Wisconsin and CPR certification.

Preferred - ACLS, PALS certifications.
