We are in search of a Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to:
- Apply your understanding of policies, procedures, and practices pertinent to the operations of the hospital and clinics.
- Utilize your expertise in staffing models to manage and oversee staffing needs.
- Effectively prioritize workload and assignments.
- Employ strong professional communication and collaboration skills to provide constructive feedback and resolve conflicts.

Minimum - Associate degree in nursing
Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in nursing
Experience Requirements:
Minimum - Three (3) years of acute clinical nursing experience.
Preferred - Previous experience in a formal leadership capacity (such as Care Team Leader, Nurse Supervisor, or Nurse Manager) with adult and pediatric experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum - Licensed RN in the State of Wisconsin and CPR certification.
Preferred - ACLS, PALS certification.
