Workplace Experience Coordinator

About the Job:
* Coordinate meetings and conferences, manage calendars, and arrange travel arrangements.
* Review marketing materials, ensure brand consistency, and prepare property information packages.
* Assist with special administrative projects, RFPs, and graphics updates for client meetings and presentations.
* Perform other relevant administrative tasks as required.
About You:
* An associate's degree is preferred.
* 3+ years of experience in administrative professional positions.
* 2+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry is also preferred.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required; InDesign experience is a plus.
About the Position:
* $22/hr-$23/hr, depending on experience.
* Temporary for 4-6 weeks.
* 100% on-site from 7:00am-3:30pm.
* Office in a commercial real estate company.
