Job Title: Talent and Culture Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent and Culture Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our Talent and Culture team, ensuring the smooth operation of our talent management programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent and Culture team, including maintaining accurate records and coordinating training initiatives.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for team members seeking assistance with Talent and Culture-related matters.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Talent and Culture policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in providing administrative support in a Talent and Culture or HR setting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of training and development principles.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations, particularly in the areas of Workers Compensation and OSHA.
