Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Unit Supervisor to join our team at First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and evaluate individual employee performance, provide coaching and feedback, and administer salary adjustments as needed.
- Manage employee timekeeping, attendance, and performance issues.
- Conduct interviews for new hires and participate in the onboarding process.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or operations management role.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving business objectives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience in process improvement and data analysis.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
