Kaiser Permanente is seeking a highly skilled Channel Partner Ambassador to lead cross-functional initiatives and enhance local office engagements with channel partners across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and maintain a database of channel partner contacts
- Engage and negotiate with channel partners to schedule engagements
- Work with channel partners to align on mutual agenda and objectives
- Lead Kaiser Permanente's cross-functional meeting preparation efforts
- Present in local office engagements and capture notes and takeaways
- Minimum 10 years of experience, including 3 years in a consulting role
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant environment, such as a healthcare environment
- Bachelor's degree in business/healthcare administration or related discipline
- 5 years of experience or more in a market-facing role with a Health Plan or 5 years of experience working as a broker or consultant
- 5 years of experience or more delivering presentations to external audiences
- Outgoing and gregarious personality with strong interpersonal skills
