We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team in the United States. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HR management experience, with knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Job Description:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the caregiver hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Design and execute training programs to enhance caregivers' skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fluent in Russian (verbal) and English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency with Paylocity HRS system.
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
