Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team as a Human Resources Manager with Exceptional Skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing the caregiver hiring process, developing training programs, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and overseeing employee benefits and recordkeeping.

About the Role

This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of HR management experience, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
